95 Day Warranty

Midwest Rapid Tool Inc. will fix or replace any defective component for a period of 95 days after the shipping date.  During this time all service and repair must be performed by Midwest Rapid Tool Inc.  If the Tool Changer is opened for repair by anyone other than MRT during the warranty period, the warranty and any return privileges are voided.  During the warranty period the customer is responsible for returning the Tool Changer to Midwest Rapid Tool Inc.  After repair, usually within one day, Midwest Rapid Tool Inc will ship the Tool Changer back to the customer by UPS Ground service along with a refund for the customers expense to ship the unit to Midwest Rapid Tool Inc. equal to the UPS Ground rate .  Faster shipping can be arranged if required.   After the warranty period the customer may do the maintenance and service or send to Midwest Rapid Tool Inc for repair.
